Package Holidays
Travellers should contact their Tour Operator or Travel Agent to establish whether or not a refund is available. If already abroad, we understand plans have been made to arrange return trips at no extra cost.
Monarch Holidays, First Aviation, and Avro hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence so customers with ATOL protected holiday bookings should be able to claim a refund.
Travel Date Changes
If you hold a Single Trip policy with us and dates need to be changed, we will do so upon request. Please contact us and we will endorse the policy accordingly.
