Corporate Liability Incident Notifications

If you have liability insurances for your company, it is a condition of the policy that any incident that happens to a customer, employee or a third party (public) must be notified to insurers, including complaints and errors made.


Listed below is a procedure to help you understand what and how to log incidents, plus a spreadsheet for use.

Minor cases to be forward to us on a monthly basis and for more serious cases e.g. death or a major injury, to be reported immediately by email to: claims plus entered on the log spreadsheet.
