We are an insurance broker who have been an industry leader since our founding in 2002. We provide insurance and advice to businesses, clubs, charities and associations on a commercial basis and for those customers arranging travel in UK and abroad.

We pride ourselves in providing in-depth, honest cover combined with a unique broking service to deliver insurance at the right price for our many clients and customers.

We are a friendly and personal team based in Haslemere, Surrey made up of experts in the field. MPI has a close relationship with our underwriters, claims and assistance companies in order to offer our clients a reliable and rewarding experience.

Meet The MPI Team

Michael Pettifer

Managing Director

The founder’s extensive experience in the insurance industry includes holding several senior travel insurance positions and a personal specialism in ski insurance. With his background, Michael is able to adapt quickly and positively to changing situations and market issues.

As a Lloyd’s broker for much of his career, Michael has a significant understanding and deep knowledge of the market and is often approached by the media and trade for comment on insurance matters. He serves on the committee of the Association of Travel Insurance Intermediaries, which enables him to stay well abreast of current issues and is a Fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism.

Catherine Lowe

Sales and Marketing Manager

Spent a season snowboarding in New Zealand as part of her three year travels. Now, mostly based in the office, but when she’s good, you may occasionally see her at a Ski or sailing event that MPI sponsor!

Caroline Stuart-Taylor

Consultant

Was Managing Director of the Ski Club of GB for over 10 years and is still currently leading Ski Club parties.

Ella Stables

Sales and Marketing Assistant

Raised on button lifts and ski school, she’s always ready to head to the slopes. Loves to travel and learn new languages. When at home she enjoys horse riding, reading, and occasionally sailing.

Laura Carter

Claims Administrator

Enjoys travelling with the family, but always looks forward to heading back home to her much loved fur babies! Loves long preferably ‘dry’ walks, true crime documentaries and home workouts.
