FCO Kenya warning

Amid reports of terrorist attacks in Kenya, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has advised UK travellers to avoid high-risk areas including parts of Nairobi, Mombasa and anywhere within 60km of the Somali border unless travel in any of the affected areas is essential.

As with all FCO advisories of this nature, a customer with travel insurance from MPI Brokers will continue to have insurance protection while in the affected areas, provided no loss arises as a result of the situation the FCO has warned about.

MPI Brokers provides cover for cancellation or curtailment provided the insurance was booked before the FCO warning.
