Q. My customer has arrived in resort without travel insurance
A. Please download and print a 'No Incident Declaration' (NID) and ask your customer sign it. This needs to be sent to MPI Brokers (scan or photo) by email to
Once your customer has confirmation that their NID has been received at MPI Head Office they can purchase their insurance by using the link below, or by calling +44 (0)1428 664 265 during office hours. Outside of office hours just email MPI and then purchase, the confirmation will happen next working day.
Q. A customer has asked whether the travel insurance covers heli-skiing
A. Provided it was not pre-booked before departing from the UK (other than pre-booked heli-skiing not exceeding 2 consecutive days) and it is a spur of the moment decision. Then cover would be in place as per the terms and conditions of the policy.
